8 Tips

Suggestions for doing well

Relax - It’s ok if you have computer difficulties. We’ll try to help you or let you reschedule. On the day of the interview, the program admin phones will forward to their cell for immediate help.

Small groups QA: Bring your questions on each of the topics above. To be fair to all, everyone will be given a chance to ask a question on each topic.

Questions Later: We know you may have questions after the interview day. Just email us. We can also set up a phone call to discuss additional questions.

Recording - We will not record any of the interview process. We request that you do not either.

9 Optional

Optional Open House

Fridays - Jan 26th and Feb 2nd from 11:45 am to 2:30 pm (Central Time Zone)

We will have lunch with all the residents, followed by a tour.

This is entirely optional and offered to support the potential interest of candidates to see the facility and the residency program in person.

Attendance and/or RSVP at this open house will not influence our rank list.

Baylor has established a policy for all Baylor residencies mandating that rank lists be finalized and submitted to the NRMP before open houses are conducted.

We are trying to balance fairness with opportunities to support interest.
